Schoobert's First Flight
This is Schoobert. I originally drew him standing by himself looking a little worried. Then, I realized he was in sort of an awkward flying position.
After adding a thought cloud and some motion lines the rounded comic flying man from Barrow, Alaska was born!
Eventually, I'd like to hand-paint Schoobert and other cartoons currently relaxing in my sketchbook.
I like this. I think Schoobert has a lot of potential. I like the idea of one frame comics that don't really have a plot or punchline.
ReplyDeleteSchoobert's really rough right now, especially since I don't have a scanner, but I hope to grow him and a bunch of other characters.
ReplyDeleteI'm currently working on male and female physiques and background perspectives. They are rough, but improving.
A few weeks ago I reread the original Winnie the Pooh by A. A. Milne and was really inspired by the illustrations.
Yeah, I'm totally interested in how these will turn out over the next 5 years. I'm sure you won't forget about it.
DeleteSure won't Gonna keep this up until Elijah can take it over.
